Raw Poker ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Raw Poker web application. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

• Account information from sign-in providers (such as a user identifier, email address, and profile name) when you sign in.
• Game data needed to run tables, including game identifiers, seat/player state, and timestamps.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser/device information, and logs for security, reliability, and fraud prevention.
• Advertising-related data from Google AdMob (mobile apps) and Google AdSense (web), such as cookies and advertising identifiers used to serve and measure ads, where applicable.
• App events shared with Meta for advertising measurement (installing and opening the mobile apps, and a device advertising identifier), where you have consented.
• Analytics data collected through Google Analytics for Firebase: screens viewed, in-app events, an app instance identifier, device type and OS version, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Subscription and purchase status processed by RevenueCat and the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive payment card details.

How We Use Information

We use data to operate the game, authenticate users, prevent abuse, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how Raw Poker is used. It collects the screens you view, in-app events (such as feature usage and purchases), a randomly generated app instance identifier, device type and operating system version, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This data is not linked to your account. Purchase events handled by our subscription provider, RevenueCat, are also reported to Google Analytics using the same app instance identifier so we can measure subscription performance. Advertising and Cookies

Raw Poker displays ads using Google AdMob in the mobile apps and Google AdSense on the web. Google and its partners may use cookies, the advertising identifier, or similar technologies to serve and measure ads. On iOS we ask for permission before using the advertising identifier, and you can change this under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings. You can learn more or opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Meta Advertising Measurement

When we advertise Raw Poker on Facebook and Instagram, the mobile apps share app events — installing and opening the app — with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited so we can measure how well that advertising works. This may include a device advertising identifier. In the EEA and the UK this only happens if you allow it in the consent dialog shown when you first open the app; you can change your choice at any time under Account → Ad Privacy Settings. If you decline, nothing is sent to Meta. Meta explains its handling of this data in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We may share data with service providers that help us run Raw Poker (Firebase for hosting, authentication and analytics; RevenueCat for subscriptions; Google AdMob and AdSense for ads; Meta for advertising measurement). We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, the mobile apps ask for your advertising consent the first time you open them. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time under Account → Ad Privacy Settings.
